Beautiful New International Trailer for Ang Lee's 'Life of Pi'

Twentieth Century Fox has premiered a beautiful new international trailer for Ang Lee's Life of Pi, a big-screen adaptation of the acclaimed novel by Yann Martel. Life of Pi opens November 21st and stars Suraj Sharma, Irrfan Khan, Adil Hussain, Rafe Spall, and Gerard Depardieu. Synopsis and trailer after the jump.

Director Ang Lee (Brokeback Mountain, Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon) creates a groundbreaking movie event about a young man who survives a tragic disaster at sea and is hurtled into an epic journey of adventure and discovery. While marooned on a lifeboat, he forms an amazing and unexpected connection with the ship’s only other survivor — a fearsome Bengal tiger.
